I haven’t posted about my workout since a last year. I can’t say that so much is different in my routine so I didn’t think I have something to write about.
For a beginning, only thing that has changed in my life is health issue and because of that I gained few pounds during this year, I think probably about 5 pounds. And as stubborn as I am I had a plan to lose some pounds, but my body wasn’t listening to me as before so I was gaining weight even eating a little,because of disease. But hard work and discipline always are worth it. And I started my therapy and workouts, as usual not more then hour in day and in evening some abs.That is about it, running, abs and squats. I don’t have personal trainer or so, I just downloaded some instructions from youtube (I could recommend to you like Emily Skye, she has a great instructions for workout✨) And I think the most important thing for your body is what you put inside,if you eat unhealthy you cannot expect good results.But once in a while I treat myself with pizza, lasagne etc and only thing that I can not live without is chocolate Believe it or not but I eat at least half of chocolate at day, I said at least, sometimes much more But thats ok,it’s important to enjoy in life,having few pounds more or less is not important.What is the point of having the perfect body if you cannot enjoy in such beautiful thing as food.
I believe the most important thing is to love yourself,beauty comes in many shapes,sometimes I am so happy with 10 pounds more sometimes skinny,body is changeable and everyone can gain or lose pounds, it’s not a issue. But it’s hard to actually accept yourself,to love yourself.
I can say that’s the main reason that people are not satisfied with themselves because of tv,beauty standards and everything, and ppls are like forced in their mind to compare themselves. Stop doing this! Start seeing yourself as special and unique human being, no one in this world is like you,so why trying to be like everyone.I know this is not so much related with my post but I felt I had to wrote this.
I will posted pic of my body, I think it’s beautiful in its own way,it has flaws and all but only thing that I am proud of is my discipline,my stubbornness that is sometimes a good thing, and I feel so much better after working out every day, my health is better, my mind is relaxed,that’s the main reason that I workout.
Also I could recommend you when you workout to use aloe vera, I used it in pills but I heard it’s better in liquid,and also any kind of detox juice,pills will help.You can explore on net about that,I can say I feel so much better after two months of using aloe vera. Also good to be mentioned is to use every day vitamins, omega, and I also use beta glucan,you can google about it, its good for energy also and many kinds of diseases.
